New Venture

Well things have changed just slightly now as this block of four appartments are up for sale,just finished last yr and all rented out. Built buy a guy from the uk and now he wants to come back to the uk for his son to get an English education. This will atleast give me a reasonable income over there,at the moment he rents three and lives in one appartment.





We have spent a fair bit on updating the apartments over the last few years and now atlast they are getting a lot of interest and as of now they are mostly rented.
These are old pictures of when we took them on, the windows have all been changed along with all the furniture and also now fully furnished.

House sold

Well the house has eventually sold but had to reduce it a bit but hey i am now off to the phils on 1st week of july.Have nearly sold everything i own now from the house and business,a bit stessful this moving lark and not so bad if i was relocating in the uk.

I also have been trying to get out in the countryside more as going to miss this country and i love this time of year so much,the birds are singing and everything is coming back into life again.Its great to just get out into the woods and just chill out under a beech tree and watch the wildlife and just listen to the birds singing.

Decided i will take the kayak as the phils was just made for yakking with 7100 islands tehe,also just going to take a couple of boxes of personal items also,not much really to show for 47yrs tehe but hey who cares...........................................
